He cured Buddha Anomadassī’s colic, wishing for health. Under Buddha Padumuttara, he aspired to be foremost in health. Swallowed by a fish as a baby, he survived and was raised by two families. He ordained at 80 and became an Arahat in seven days. For 80 years as a monastic, he never had sensual thoughts. He was declared foremost in perfect health.
