Under Buddha Padumuttara, he aspired to fastest Awakening. In Buddha Kassapa’s time, he meditated on a mountain with six others. In his final life, shipwrecked, he wore wood fibre and was revered as an Arahat. A Brahma awakened him, and he rushed to the Buddha. The Buddha taught: In seeing, just see. He became an Arahat instantly. He was declared foremost in quick Awakening.
