high-definition creative commons photographs about Ven. Dabba from the Great Chronicles together with further information.
Under Buddha Padumuttara, he aspired to arrange lodgings. In Buddha Kassapa’s time, he meditated on a mountain with six others. Born from a cremation pyre onto dabba grass, he ordained at seven. He became an Arahat during the head-shaving. He served the Saṅgha by allocating lodgings and alms. Slandered unjustly, he passed away in flames. He was later declared foremost in arranging dwellings.
