Under Buddha Padumuttara, he aspired to receive abundant gifts. As a villager, he offered honey and curds to Buddha Vipassī, wishing for great offerings. In his final life, he stayed seven years in his mother’s womb due to past evil deeds. After birth, he ordained and became an Arahat during the shaving of hair and beard. He was declared foremost in receiving material gains.
