Acknowledgements
My main acknowledgement these days goes to the Ehipassiko Foundation in Jakarta for organising the last few photo shoots in Indonesia from 2015 onwards. They have done everything possible to enable the trips, and to make sure that I was able to concentrate on the photography.
On these trips I have been accompanied by Dr. Kok Poe Chu, who besides being a good companion and friend, has also worked very hard both on site and off site to make sure I got the work done with the least amount of worry and trouble.
On my two trips to Bali I was helped by Rodrigo and Vonny Salazar, who were expert helpers and saw to my rather demanding photo shooting up mountain and down vale. We had memorable times together!
I am very grateful indeed to Bhante Sri Pannyavaro Mahathero at the Modern Mendut Vihara whose hospitality and kindness helped us gain access to the Borobudur momument and for much other help.
I am also greatly indebted to my good friends Leslie Shaw, Colin Low and Choon Aun Ng who acted as helpers on the various trips I made in 2009 and 2013 and who made many contributions to the success of this project.
