Agung Rai Museum of Art (ARMA)
The Museum, which was built upon the original collection of Mr Agung Rai, is positioned south of Ubud in extensive grounds of its own, that include galleries, performance spaces and bookshop and library.
The collection is especially rich in tradityional Kamasan paintings, and also has a good collection of modern productions made in the the modern period in Bali by both local and overseas artists.

Museum Puri Lukisan
This museum consists of four houses set in the Ubud Palace (Puri) grounds, and has work from both local and overseas artists. The galleries that impressed me when I was there were the east gallery and a temporary exhibition in the southern, which featured local artists painting in both traditional and modern styles.
